Snelora Systems ("Snelora", "we", "us") builds AI tools for small businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional) and anything you write in your message.
• Email and calls: the information you choose to share when you email or call us.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this website does not set cookies for marketing or analytics.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a workflow review or demo.
• To provide, set up and support the services you sign up for.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We only use your information for these purposes. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Consent

By submitting the contact form or emailing us, you consent to us using your information to respond to you as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using your information except where we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Service providers we use

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
• Formspree: delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Workspace: business email and documents.
• Google Fonts: loads the fonts used on this website.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Client data in our AI products

When a business uses one of our AI products (for example, the AI receptionist), the information their customers share, such as caller names, phone numbers and appointment details, is handled under a separate written agreement with that business. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business first about your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax requirements. After that, we securely delete them.

How we protect it

We use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-step verification on our business accounts and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
